DSR Consulting Philosophy:
The DSR Management Model is an integral part of the clinical approach of DSR. No longer can a break in integrity between patient practice, personal practice and administrative practice be overlooked. In order for DSR to "work", those systems of the "behind the scenes" are acknowledged and addressed as equal, interdependent facets of the entire practice. To ignore or overlook these issues will only confound any attempts at implementation of DSR at the patient level.
There are three broad categories for consideration when considering the DSR Management Model:

Fee Schedule
A free ten minute introductory consultation is available to all first time clients.
Services are provided contingent upon a pre-approved major credit card, flat rate hourly fee. Services are billed on the quarter hour and a paid invoice and credit card receipt is provided with each consultation.
Regular Hourly Fee. . . $150.00 / hour
Maximum Daily Rate. . . $1,200.00 / day
Expenses
Hotel charges are to be prepaid by the client.
Business or first class air travel is to be paid directly to our travel agent.
Rental car, postage, long distance phone charges, photocopy charges, photo development, meals, parking, and miscellaneous travel expenses will be billed monthly.
