I'm fairly new at physical therapy (a retrained engineer), but find that it goes hand-in-hand with yoga. My yoga experience goes back to learning via cassette tape in the living room of my former boyfriend - now husband - in 1991. Since then, we have both taken hundreds, if not thousands, of classes and workshops in various styles. My mission is to find a way to truly integrate yoga into my physical therapy practice and to continue spreading the word to referring physicians about the potential benefits of yoga for their patients.
