Eryn has been a physical therapist for over 20 years and a yoga practitioner and teacher for 8 years. She uses the practices of yoga to enhance wellness, create confidence and improve function with people of all abilities and of all ages. By improving awareness of the emotional, energetic and physical body, students and patients can learn to trust, feel safe and ultimately follow their own inner guidance towards a peaceful and happy existence.
