After decades in mental health practice, nursing education and health care research, my career focus now is on the use of yoga for health promotion with people experiencing health challenges (structural, physiological and emotional). I also co-teach in the Yoga teacher training and Yoga Therapy programs at the American Viniyoga Institute. I am on the Board of Directors of
the International Association of
