After years of practicing Occupational Therapy in traditonal settings I felt the need of my patients to heal on a much greater level than the physical body. Which led me to yoga. My training includes Integrative Yoga Therapy, the teachings of Sri T. Krishnamacharya through trainings with TKV Desikachar & Viniyoga & energy healing via Reiki. My goal is to integrate western and eastern techniques into 1:1 treatment sessions or group classes to assist others in the process of healing on all levels.
