Transitional Yoga is a means of supporting individuals who might be facing health challenges, a change in their lives, a loss experience, or are in the end of Life transition. Through yoga and music, we quiet the body, mind, and emotions using gentle movement, breathwork, and contemplation. Transitional Yoga private sessions and/or classes allows us to move inward, gently, without judgment or violence, to the stillness within, thus becoming a partner and witness to our inner wisdom and healing. Jennifer has a Masters of Social Work, working in Hospice care for many years, which allowed her to experience the strength and beauty of the human spirit. Recently she became a registered yoga teacher, after years of personal practice and currently is finishing her yoga therapy training. She has two certifications in music for healing, which uses music to create an atmosphere of peacefulness and relaxation. Her instrumental harp CD entitled ~ “Life Beyond Words†is available through the DSR store. Jennifer is the wife of Matt Taylor, and co-owner of Dynamic Systems Rehabilitation.
