My mission is my work. I have been teaching private classes and group yoga for 20 years. The combination of massage, yoga therapy and energy work has proven to be an incredible way to heal the body, mind and spirit . I work with people who have chronic illness to people who are top athletes and I am blessed to be able to participate in this sacred process with all ages and body types.
