Laurene was introduced to yoga at a young age, has been a dedicated yoga practitioner since since 1995, and has been teaching yoga since 1999, both classroom and private. She is experienced with a variety of populations and excels in customizing sequences for special needs including accident and surgery recovery, enhancement for sports interests, pregnanacy and postpartum, progressive illnesses, chronic conditions, emotional disorders, life goal acheivement, corporate ecosystem syndrome, age related matters. Her approach is educational and functional, addressing the 5 bodies in an integrated practice.
