Bakke Therapy Services offers physical and yoga therapy services to promote wellness. Movement therapy is provided in a holistic manner integrating yoga with physical therapy. Services are provided for all ages and abilities birth through adult. Sessions focus on the individual needs of the client but may include: improving strength, balance, flexibility, and motor coordination. Additionally, breathing and sound activitites are used to strengthen the body and the immune system, improve lung capapcity, and increase attention and concentration. Integrating yoga principles into more modern physical therapy programs increases ones awareness and allows for active participation and responsiblity in your health and well being.
